Hello all,
I currently live in Malaysia and I've been doing my best to learn how to cook some of the local cuisine. I discovered a place called Bayan Indah which is described as a "culinary retreat". It's a wonderful place to take cooking classes. I highly recommend it.
Now I am really excited about learning how to cook other Asian cuisines. I will be traveling through Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam in the upcoming months. I would greatly appreciate suggestions for good cooking schools or classes anywhere in Southeast Asia. I would really like this trip to be a sort of culinary journey. I am doing google searches to try and find what's out there, but I know the best way to get this information is by recommendation.
Thanks!
