On july 7th I arrive on Bangkok airport at 9.50 and the plain to Hanoi departs at 11.45. Do you think that I will have enough time to change plains (concerning our luggage, visa, etc.)?

Which airline? If you're planning on taking the AirAsia flight to Hanoi, it will be tight as you'll need to clear Thai custom and re-check in for your AirAsia flight then clear customs again then go to the flight. It's possible - but may be tight.
