This has probably been flogged to death BUT........... We have a flight home from BKK to the UK at 23:35hrs. There's a chance of a flight from SGN to BKK that gets in Bangkok at 21:40hrs, are we gonna be pushing our luck if we go for this option.

Not stumped - just busy on Bali ;-)

I'd give that a go - two hours -- assuming all flights are using the new airport you should be able to swing it.
