I'm a 23 year old colombian girl, i'm really new into the traveling alone experience and I'm thinking on doing the trip plan suggested for the four countries in 2 months, starting at the end of may, but i'm still worry about going alone. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if you have tried this trip plan, if 2 months is enough time and if i should just go ahead and stop thinking is a bit scary to travel all this time alone. I would really appreciate you comments and suggestions.

South East Asia is generally speaking a very safe place, if you exercise all the usual precautions. If you do fall victim to crime it is more likely that you will be pickpocketed or ripped off rather than anything more sinister. Given that you are a 23 year old Colombian female, I am going to go out on hunch here (and be very stereotypical) and suggest that you are mildly attractive. Obviously that brings with it extra considerations concerning your dealings with Asian men. MADMAC and the guys can probably tell you more here but again I would hazard a guess that you will be fine as long as you don't get too drunk, flirt too much etc etc.
In terms of your itinerary, just relax, play it by ear and be flexible. I would suggest maybe cutting back on one of the countries over 2 months, i.e. try to visit just the 3 countries over a 2 month period. In terms of what to see and where to go, well there are many resources for deciding that type of thing, including some very good blogs and reports on here.
Bets of luck and feel free to ask any more qs.

This is a safe place. Use common sense and you'll be fine. I don't suppose you dance salsa do you?

You'll meet people. Even if you start out traveling alone you will connect with people along the way, some may travel with you for a day or two, or weeks at a time. Don't be scared. Take the chance and just go with it. I am a single woman, 27, and I live in SEA and it's not that different from the rest of the world in regards to use your brain and you'll be just fine. Happy wandering.

Hey thank you so much for your comments, i've decided to do this trip and finally i'm planning to leave at the end of the month. I'm going to start issuing my Thailand visa within this weeks and use the internet version of the other three. About these last ones, i was wondering if anyone have ever had any kind of problem with this internet visas used upon arrival. and also if i'm planning on doing some parts of my trip by plane if it's better to buy the plain tickets from here or wait and get them there. Thanks to all of you for your help.

Unless you're staying more than 30 days in Thailand when you arrive, you don't need to apply for a visa, the others except for Vietnam, you can get at the border. I suggest you take trains or buses, there is less planning & expense involved.
