Is there a better way...?

    I am flying tomorrow to Makasser and from there have a fairly busy flight plan through the rest of south east asia that looks like this

    Makasser > Kuala Lumpur > Ranggon > Kuala Lumpur > Overland Singapore > Bali > Singapore > Philippines > Singapore > Mumbai > London

    The only requirements are that I am in Bali in mid August to visit some friends and Mumbai by the start of November as that is my flight home. If anyone has any ideas on how to do this differently/cheaper would be great to hear
