Hi Tarcus,

That's 25 places in 35 days -- too much in my opinion. Just going through your list, here's what I'd guess most people would allow for each place:

Bangkok 3 days
Ayutthaya 1 day
Lopburi 1/2 day
Sukhothai 2 days
Chiang Mai 3 days
Chiang Khong 1 day
Huay Xai 1 day
Pakbeng 1/2 day
Luang Prabang 4 days
Vang Vieng 3 days
Vientiane 2 days
Tha Khaek 2 days
Savannakhet 1 day
Hue 3 days
Da Nang 1 day
Hoi an 3 days
Nha Trang 3 days
Mui Ne 3 days
Saigon 3 days
Can Tho 2 days
Chau Doc 1 day
Phnom Penh 3 days
Siem Reap 3 days
Battambang 2 days
Bangkog 1 day

For a total of over 50 days -- and that's before you allow for transportation etc.

If you haven't already, take a look at the itineraries section which should help to give you an idea of what you're getting yourself into.

Realistically, unless you want to spend half your trip in a bus, you've got to be brutal and cut some places out. At a glance, I'd say drop:
Lopburi, Tha Khaek and Savannakhet, Da Nang, Mui Ne and maybe Battambang. Even with those cuts you're going to be tight. perhaps look into taking a couple of flights to save some time...

Peter, if you want to send me the excel file, I can link it to your post so people can download it from there -- can email me at helpdesk@travelfish.org.

Cheers
