Hey guys!
Need some help planning my route through SE Asia due to the full moon party being on an awkward date (and really don't want to miss it). I have outlined the main locations I want to visit and I don't want to set a particular amount of days per place but if anyone has any suggestions to improve the route they will be most appreciated! Pretty much will be sticking to the backpacker scene with a bit of partying! Travel will be generally overland unless I have stated flight (not yet booked as unsure of route).
My plan so far:
-Bangkok (3rd Sept)
-Siem Reap
-Phnom Penh
-Sihanoukville
-Vang Vieng
-Chaing Mai (Flight)
-Koh Phi Phi
-Koh Tao
-Koh Phangan (Full moon party 30th Sept) Flight
-Ho Chi Minh City
-Nha Thrang
-Hoi An
-Hue
-Ha Noi (Flight)
-Singapore to fly onwards to Melbourne. 22nd October
Are there any other areas that I should visit?
Perhaps more of Laos?

You can travel to Lao and Cambodia after visiting in Vietnam, you can go by air, by bus or train. It is up to you.
