hi i am travelling to thailand in 4 weeks, stopping off in india for a changeover flight and am confused as to whether i will need the yellow fever vaccination? i have visited my surgery this morning and even the nurse was unsure, so if anyone has done this route of flights or knows whether its needed please get back to me!

India is not a Yellow Fever country so you don't need a vaccine/certificate.
