Hi everybody. In August me and two others are traveling to Vietnam and Cambodia. We have a couple logistical problems to figure out before we leave though. I feel that we might be rushing a bit much since we only have 20 days so any input would help. The itinerary is as follows:
August 4: fly into Hanoi late
    5: Hanoi
6: Halong bay (Cat Ba island)
7: depart to phong nha farmstay
    8: phong nha farmstay
    9: depart to Danang
    10: Danang
    11: Danang
12: fly to Phu Quoc island
    13: Phu Quoc
    14: Phu Quoc
15: travel to Phnom Penh (we can't decide between flying or scenic boat)
    16: Phnom Penh
    17: Phnom Penh
    18: travel to Siem reap
    19: Siem reap
    20: Siem reap
    21: fly to Saigon
    22: Saigon
    23: Saigon
    24: leave early from Saigon
Will the travel time in between destinations be to much for this trip?
    Thanks for all the help!

Stick to Vietnam, you won't regret it.

One day in Hanoi? One of the nicest SE Asian cities. Deserves at least four.

Sapa is worth a trip as well.

As it is you have 8/9 places in two different countries in 20 days - I think you know yourself this would be crazy.

I don't think I can say it better than Chinarocks did - stay in Vietnam as he/she suggests, and do spend most of your time in Hanoi and Sapa (the best of Vietnam).
