Wow Nicola, that's quite a list there! It's making my head hurt a bit but all credit to you for being so well organised.

A month in Viet Nam, two weeks in Cambodia, a month in Laos and six weeks in Thailand all sounds fair to me and the times that you have specified for each place (with a few exceptions) make sense.

25-28 Maekhong Delta, you can do a day trip from HCM City to the delta, very nice day out. Save two days.

36 Fly, there is also a pleasant boat trip down to Phmnom Penh.

50-53 Savannakhet, no need to stay there unless you will be applying for a Thai visa as it is a dreary place so spend the night there and get out! Save three days.

77 Chiang Khong, nothing to see there so on day 76 you will arrive in Huay Xai late afternoon and you should have time to go directly to Mae Sai. Save one day.

89-91 Sukhothai, don't forget to visit Sri Satchanalai as well.

98-101 Battambang, I think you have made a mistake here.

102-106 Hua Hin, not such a nice place, much better beaches than this in Thailand.

If you have any more specific questions feel free to ask.
