OK so I have about 6 weeks(ish) in Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam and was wondering if some more experience travelers could give it a look over....any things that I should change?

You will be on the Central Coast of Vietnam in late November - this is flood season! I was going to suggest more time in Hanoi anyway. Sapa could also be a tad chilly then. Best to check weather averages in Vietnam generally.

Yeah I had read that but I had read that it was july-nov so I was hoping it wouldn't be as bad come the end of November....just adds to the experience!

Looks good.

My only suggestion would be to perhaps shave a day of Kratie and spend it in Pakse -- there's lots to do around there.
