Delta canceled my flight from SGN to Tokyo so I figured I may as well stay in Laos and fly out LP, any advice on any cheap airlines that may not be listed on Kayak.com Also, any advice on the best (cheapest, and if there is a fun one day stop all the better) way to get from Laos or Vietnam to Tokyo? Or to get from Vietnam to Tokyo?

The cheapest way from Laos to Tokyo is from Bangkok:)
I recently flew with ANA for $400 round trip Tokyo-Bangkok.
I don't think there are any direct flights from Laos.
Japan does not yet have any discount carriers.
I would recommend shopping around the travel agencies around Khao San for a ticket. Try MP Tour in the Bayon Bldg on Khaosan Rd, as they are Japanese run, reliable and cheap.
