Hi there,
Any advice would be appriciated, obviously this looks rather strict and structured and we plan on sticking to the route but maybe not the amount of time in each place.
Does it seem too rushed?? Have we missed any major places out that should not be missed?

Hi,
Looks ok to me -- minor point by 3 days in Champasak , you mean three days in 4,000 islands right? Champasak is nice and all, but prob not worth 3-days in the schedule you have outlined above.
You may also want to loosen up the Vn section by a few days (siphon off a few of your island days) as the travel there can be very tiring -- it's a pretty tight gameplan you have there.
You'll also be seeing a fair bit of rain through the Laos and Cambodia sections, so bear that in mind.
