Hi, The ever so helpful people at my guesthouse have thrown away my contact lens container. I have the lenses but nothing to put them in. So far, I have been able to improvise but I need to replace the container or find an alternative with a screw-top lid.
Is there an optician or similar in Sanur or Senggigi (Lombok) where I would be able to do that?
Many thanks

Send a private message to Somtam2000 - he knows the Sanur area pretty well.
I'm sure there will be an optician around somewhere - but there will definitely be a pharmacy. If they don't sell the containers on their own, they might sell the solution packs that includes the container.

Can't help with Senggigi, but in Sanur, go to Hardy's supermarket (the big ugly mall on Danau Tamlingan) and inside on your left, just before the massage joint (also recommended!) is an optometrist. They sell saline, and it comes with lens holders -- not sure if you can just the holders by themself.
We live in Sanur, so drop me a PM if you've time for a drink on the beach -- always keen to meet Travelfishers!

Actually, I managed to find that optician/eye place by asking around. They sell the cases by themselves for 10,000 Rupiah.
Glad to have something decent to put the lenses in!
