where to stay in ubud...help??

    looking for something like this ubud


    small, quiet resort, b and b, or villa accommodations in Ubud


    quiet aircon
    english channel tv
    bathtub with adequate hot water
    within 30 minute walk to ubud town
    cheap, good spa service nearby or on property
    clean, comfortable bed
    small pool nice but not a deal breaker
    decent food available bfast, lunch and dinner time
    nice scenery around- valley or ricefield
    fridge and a kettle is nice
    nice bathroom
    around $50us to $120us


    think tegal sari, but out of town a bit

    Tegal sari is a good choice. One of the better options in town... And I do mean in town. No 30 minute walk required to get into town because you're already there. Sure, the market might be a 30min haul, but then again if you stay near the market, the monkey forest is a 30 minute haul. There isn't a lot left in the centre of ubud that has rice field views and most has been built out. How about Ubud Lestari? That's a good one. Smack bang in the centre of town, boutique feel, great price, nice little pool, a little rice field next door. No TV, but you can't have everything right?
