Flashpacker accommodation in Yogya?

    Can anyone recommend a very clean, pleasant guesthouse in Yogya for ~$30 USD, preferably in/near Prawiorotaman? I'm currently booked at De Pendopo and Venezia, but have read good reviews of ViaVia as well. Any feedback on these places or others? I'm in my 30s and would love somewhere friendly, but I'm not looking for a hardcore backpacker scene. Thanks!

    You can easily find accommodation upon arrival.
    We planned to stay at Setia Kawan Losmen (Sastrowijayan area), but when we arrived it had already fully booked (we didn't book in advance). However we found another accommodation in 30 minutes.
    In the Prawirotaman there are a lot of accommodation too.
