This website was amazing for me when planning South East Asia so hopefully it'll be the same for this trip.
A little about us...we're 3 'girls' in our mid twenties! Travelling to Bali for 3 weeks from 15th feb 2014! We have our Advanced diving certificates and we love adventure, anything from trekking to cycling! Love beaches but are more into taking photos of sunsets than lying all day on one:-) Can't surf but would be open to trying anything!
If you can help?!
What I'd like to know is...
What treks should still be open in the wet season? Is the visibility in the water ok? We would love to climb Rinjani but understand it'll probably be closed! We travelled/trekked and dived in the wet season in Thailand and it was fine!
Any hints and tips would be much appreciated!
Would sticking to the usual Bali-Lombok-Gilis be a nice "taster"?
