    We want to move to north Thailand to Laos, we know that a bus from Huay Xai to Luang Namtha at 9:00, do we have enough time to get this bus?

    What time opened the border in Chiang Khong Thailand?

    Border's open at 8am but visa on arrival can be busy some mornings. If you miss the 9:00 there's usually another bus at 12:30. Keep schedules loose on Lao time.
