I’ll introduce unkown direct bus between Sekong and Hue operated by Vietnamese aute company once a week from both sides, and this company is operationg direct bus for Vietnamese who are living and working in Sekong province and around it and it’s not daily service, so if you want to use this direct bus in Sekong or Hue, you have to adjust your schedule to this bus service. Contact with this company beforehand is better and maybe you can take this bus at Attapeu too with it.
It’s detail is as below.

*direct bus from Sekong (Bolaven Plateau in Laos) to Hue (VN) via Attapeu, Bo Y border and Da Nang is running every “thu 4”=Wednesday (“thu 4” is Wednesday in Vietnamese)
*Departure from Sekong: 04:00am from Nha Xe Duc Loc=Duc Loc Auto Company in Sekong, 100m from the road sing of Sekong 00km point on the main road (not the road having Sekong bus station paralleled it) and it's also facing with Sekong Provincial Education Services. Tel no. (Mrs.Na’s mobile)-55682382

*Direct bus from Hue to Sekong is running every thu 6=Friday (“thu 6” is Friday in Vietnamese).
*Departure from Hue: 04:00am from Duc Loc Auto Company in Hue. Tel no.0166.520333 / 0982.160190 (Adress-i’m not sure now but it’s Citadel side, i heard)

*Required time between Sekong and Hue(Sekong→Attapeu→Bo Y border→Da Nang→Hue and it’s reverse) is about 12 hours with one bus.
*Bus fare is 150,000Kip
(Thu 2=Monday, Thu 3=Tuesday, Thu 4=Wednesday, Thu 5=thursday, Thu 6=Friday, Thu 7=Saturday, “Chu Nhat(CN)”=Sunday in Vietnamese)
