I'm an English teacher in Korea, so I get paid in won. Little did I know, not many places in Laos will change won to kip (at least that has been my experience). I had no problem changing it when I first got to Vientiane, but when that money started to run out the other banks I went wouldn't do it. So I'm in Luang Prabang right now wondering if anyone knows where I can go to change my won to kip?

Have you tried BCEL Bank?
