We have two good mountain bikes for sale in Vientiane. Purchased new in Bangkok for $350 USD three weeks ago. We are heading home tomorrow and want them to have a good home. Email katehuntervt@gmail.com.

Put up an ad on the message board at Phimphone market (near the "nam phou" fountain circle). That's where most expats and travellers tend to look for buy/sell. Could also park the bikes with "for sale" sign in front of the Joma Bakery next door, then sit there all day sipping coffee and hoping. Tons of prospective buyer-types walk by there all day.
