Ask at the embassies of these two countries maybe?
There's something called le "Centre Culturel et de Cooperation Linguistique" (CCCL) in Vientiane which seems similar to the Alliance Francaise. The Alliance Francaise is the French equivalent of the British Council so their teachers will probably be native speakers.

Maybe one of the teachers there would be willing to give you five hours private tuition?
Bonne chance!

There is a spaghetti connection : http://www.lascalalaos.com/ (and a pretty good one) but I don't think there is an italian embassy.
