Budget stay in Vientiane

    My interest is History and Nature hence where to stay more - VTE or LPB? I have only 4 days in my booty. Please suggest the budget places to stay at both the places.
    Is there any night bus available from Nong Khai to VTE and VTE to LPB? How much time and money these buses would take? Any suggestion for visiting theses two places - cautions, if any.
