Will it be too cold to go tubing in Vang Vieng in middle of January? Does it get that cold in the day?

Usually sunny/warm (25-28C) in January daytimes but nights can get "cool" (12-15C) and the river may be a bit nippy. Just don't rely on a beer jacket for insulation.

Bob's 25-28 are somewhat optimistic. I walk around wearing a jumper most days in January.
