I'm wondering what the best option is; Flying or taking the bus from Phonsavan to Vientiane. Thanks for your time!

I've flown that route before and it was a scenic flight on a new, comfortable aircraft. I guess it depends on how much time you have to spend, if you can afford the extra money for the flight, etc. If you'll be making other bus journeys in Laos or surrounds, then I'd recommend the flight just for the view and the experience.

I'm going to bus it because I have the time, and my budget does not allow for planes everywhere...
