Getting a SIM card in Don Khon

is it possible to buy a M phone SIM is don khon? I know its a dumb question but im planning on being here for 5 days and in the middle of changing out my thai SIM for my Lao SIM i dropped it in water. Anyway to get one while in Si Phan Don?
