We've just added another Travelfish Guide to our small collection of PDF guides to the region. The latest one is to a bit of an unusual, off-the-beaten-track region we call "Remote southern Laos".
The 11 page PDF guide covers the provinces of Salavan, Sekong and Attapeu, includes five maps, over 50 detailed listings for accommodation, restaurants, bars, sights and attractions and all up some 15,000 words of travel intelligence to the region. All that for a paltry US$2.95 -- less than $1 a province -- how's that for value! You can read more about it here.
Don't fret -- you can still get the free eFish on the above if $1 a province is going to break your budget ;-)
If you're scratching your head wondering why we did a guide to such a little-known region, it's because we like it! Another guide, this one to Champasak province (so including the very popular Si Phan Don and Pakse) should be available over the weekend.
And to those still waiting for the Ho Chi Minh City guide -- our apologies for the delay, but we'll have it ready real soon - I promise!
