looking to go to Hongsa, since Lonely Planet says it's an elephant haven. but we're in luang prabang now, which has elephant stuff as well. is going to Hongsa worth it or should we just shell out the money here?

Chances of an available guesthouse room in Hongsa this weekend? Probably Nil ;-(
But yes it is worth going even for just the surrounding scenery.
