Just thinking of booking a tour through tigertrails. They are requesting prepayment into a bank account. Not sure if this is safe. I am wondering if anyone else has done this? thanks

If you not mind what e-mail did you use ? As yes it the elephant camp. Wanting to do a trek then stay at elephant camp. I just feel uncomfortable prepaying so much money , prefer to pay when arrive.

Hi there -
I went on a trip with Tigertrails and had a great time -- and though I don't usually drop that amount of cash, I considered it very good value for the money. Paid by credit card at their shop in Luang Prabang by credit card and had no troubles.

If this is the Laos elephant camp. I have been able to secure a booking just by email. No payment made at all.

Do you have a link for tiger trails? I've not heard of them.
