    hi,
    according to your weather info, Nov is supposed to be ideal for laos. but how about North Laos, as in, North of Luang Prabang? how cold will it be there?

    It depends on elevation. River valleys not so cold but foggy mornings, up higher like Phongsali town, cooler but mornings sunny. Everywhere tshirts during day.
