Hi guys,
Just want to know the best way to obtain a vietnamese visa in Laos. Should i go to the vietnam embassy in vientianne, or should i go to a travel agent...or anything else?

Go to the Vietnamese embassy. You'll find more info re border crossings etc in the Visa and borders FAQ here
