Luang Prabang to Hanoi

    Dear All

    I would like to know some informations about overland route from Luang Prabang to Hanoi,
    1. Are there busses operation directly from Luang Prabang to Hanoi ?
    2. How much the fare ?
    3. How long it will take from LP to Hanoi ?
    4. Is it safe about overland journey with night bus ?

    Any suggestions would highly be appreciated

    I was wondering if you made the crossing and how you did it??

    We are going to try to same route by bus as flying is too expensive!
