    And there are 4 international ATM's in Luang Prabang (BCEL Bank), three in town and one at the airport. Also I was told there are international ATM's in Pakse.

    Beware though, they add 20,000 kip to your withdrawal at the BCEL machines and don't tell you. You only find out when it shows up on your bank statement.
