Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng

    Can you please advise how far LP is from VV? and best way to get there?

    The distance between the two is about 250 km though it will take about 5 hours by bus...slow climb but great view. There are VIP buses between the two and can be booked at almost every guesthouse in VV.

    Just did this the other day. Stunning views along the way. However a few on our minibus got a bit travel sick. The roads are very windy. Took us about 6 hours.
