Boat to Luang Prabang

    Is there a boat from Chiang Mai to Luang Prabang? If yes, how long does it take and can I book it from US?

    No. See this story for explaining the various options for getting from ChiangMai to LuangPrabang. Unless you're looking at one of the high-priced boats, there's no need to book it in advance.

    is there a more comfortable boat ride to luang prabang then the slow boat ,but don't really want to pay more then 100 us for it
