Pii Mai is apparently a great time to be in LP if you dont mind getting wet abd the crowds - however, it is proving very hard to confirm the dates of this festival in 2009 - the Loa Embassy here in Australia advised 13-15 April, one hotel in LP said 14-16 April and another 13-16 April - apparently it is a 3 day festival that varies by a day or two each year. Can someone please advise that the dates are for 2009? Thanks in anticipation.
