You won't get much for that. Be lucky to get a 1 bedroom apt that is liveable. 400+pm is pretty much the starting rate now for anything decent.

Realised my post could be misinterpreted. 400 for a 2 bedroom house. 150+ for a single bdr apt and there are few of those.
