Si Phan Don to Kratie?

    I want to travel from one of the islands in Si Phan Don to kratie. Can anyone let me know whats the best island to leave from? is the border crossing by boat still open? and roughly how long does it take and how much?
    So many questions but would be great to get an idea :)
