Hello, I will be arriving in Vang Vieng on Saturday and am pretty desperate to watch the Wales-England rugby game!!
I appreciate that it is going to be on at about 2am and wondered if the same 'back in your house by 12' laws apply there as in Luang Prabang?
If by some miracle this the case, does anyone know which bar would be the best bet to have it on?

Pan's Place (http://pansplace.net/) has cable tv in their movie room so you might be able to catch it there if you are staying there.
Otherwise, there is a TV bar on the main rd just north of the road which has the atm on it. That showed the Man U v Chelsea football match when I was there. You might be battling with the FA cup fans as there are a lot of football fans around.
