Hi everyone!
I was wondering if anyone has any experience doing a two- or three-day trek around the Luang Namtha / Muand Sing area. Could you share your experiences or recommend any tour operators?
Another vote for the boat landing -- a fine operation. Also in Muang Sing a lot of people hire biycles ans just ride out to the villages. There's also a trekking centre of sorts in Muang Sing that may be worth a look.
