Flights from Luang Prabang to Chiang Mai

    I purchased tickets online from Laos airlines & my visa was debited £180 somethig and we never received any confirmation of the flight. I have tried contacting them, but no one spoke much english. Emailing them also failed to get a reply. I am worried that I will lose the money. Has anyone had this happen or heard of the airline being dodgey?

    Hmm, no haven't heard of something like this happeneing, what website did you book with (there are two -- one is the official airline site, the other for travel agent.)

    Hi, think we booked with the actual airline, we did eventually find out that they have our information, but we still have not received any confirmation of flights. Guess it will just be a matter of calling again until we get a response!
