I have been told by 2 different people that the thing they would change if they went back to laos would be to hire a private car for the drive, luang prabang to vang vieng. So you can stop take pictures etc.
There will be 5 of us taking that journey and i was wondering if anyone knew how easy it would beto book a driver and how much it would cost
