Has any one stayed here - it is quite new I think.

Yes, stayed there in February 2006. It's recently remodeled and very nice. We paid $42/night for a large room overlooking the main street in LP. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will be staying there again in February 2007. Highly recommended.
