Stayed here two nights in March 2007. Double room with fan and private bathroom US$13. This guesthouse in on Sisavang Vatthana about 1/2 a block from the Mekong. Good value and nice clean rooms. However probably not the place for those wanting a late night, they close up at 10.30 pm!
