Vientiane > Vang Vieng > Luang Prabang > Viang Kham > Vieng Thong > Muang Kham > Phone Savan > Vientiane. Has anybody news or other current information about bandit attacks or other severe crime on that routes 13/13N, 1C, 7, 1D and 5 as mentioned e.g. in www.concierge.com?
