I work for a local organisation supporting rehabilitation and making artifical limbs - many of whom are for people injured by UXO. We are just finishing a permanent exhibition which will have a film viewing room and an exhibition about the effect of UXO on villages and the work that COPE is doing. From the 28th of Jan onwards visitors are more than welcome to turn up and we would love to have some feedback from travellers about the centre before we officially open. You can visit us online at www.copelaos.org or come and find us on Khou Vieng Road, along from the morning market. We are clearly signposted from the road at the National Rehabilitaton centre, oppostie the green park hotel. Initially we will be open Monday to Friday 9 - 4. Thanks for your support!
