Nammavong Guesthouse in Luang Prabang is run by a very friendly family and is located next to the Wat Xien Thong.
I found it by luck and am very happy I did.
The rooms are new, with a/c + fan, new bathrooms with hot water. All is very clean. The GH offers laundry service, breakfast/snacks and the family that runs it is extremely friendly.
I stayed here for 5 nights and was very satisfied with the service.
