We found this place after finding out the Beau Rivage was sold out. Its about 100 meters past it along the dirt road.
It was a little out of our budget, we paid $45 per night but it was well worth it. The manager Khampou (canadian) was by far and away the best hotel manager I have ever met. He drove my gf to a spa and then me to a golf course just to make sure we were happy. The hotel offers a driver anywhere in town free of charge. Also has a nice pool overlooking the mekong and free wifi and business center.
The rooms are huge and super clean.
Please review this hotel...

I would agree with this. It is an excellent looking hotel. The only disadvantage is that it is not really walking distance to the city centre if the weather is hot.
