cameron highlands help

    need some help getting to cameron highlands from kl. i land into kl lcct at about 13.10 . most of the buses i can find leave kl bus station at 1.30 so i wont make it in time. i believe there may be another bus which leaves at 4.30 but apparently it doesnt always run and is run by Kurnia Bistari Coaches who i have been warned against travelling with.

    I think i can also get a bus to ipoh but ill be too late to get the connecting bus in ipoh to tanah rata

    does anyone have any ideas of getting there relatively cheaper. i believe a cab is about 400myr which is far too much.
