Budget room for 3 month

    dear all
    can someone give us a hint were a good budget room for 3 month or longer in Malaysia?
    we start in october 2012 for a long travel adventure throug asia and would like to start in malysia to "unwind".
    nice would be on a beach, near a dive shop, quite, with a few shops for the daily crosseries.
